Proxy-revealing headers

What your browser reveals

None of this travels through the proxy — it is read from the browser itself. If any of it contradicts your exit country, a site running fingerprinting will notice.

Two independent surfaces

The network layer tells a site where your packets come from. The browser layer tells it your timezone, locale and hardware. Both need to agree.

The classic mismatch

A German exit with an America/New_York timezone and en-US locale is more suspicious than no proxy at all.

Test through your proxy

Configure the proxy in your client, then load this page through it. What you see is what your target sees.
