How isp proxies actually work
An ISP proxy — sometimes called a static residential proxy — is an IP address that a consumer internet provider has leased to us and that we host in our own facilities. The registration says Comcast or BT; the hardware is ours.
That combination is unusual and genuinely useful. An ASN lookup returns a consumer ISP, so the address does not trip the hosting-provider filters that kill datacenter traffic. But because the machine is in a data centre on a 10 Gbps port, you get 40ms responses instead of 600ms.
The other defining property is that they are static. The same address is yours for as long as you keep the subscription, which makes them the right answer whenever the destination allowlists IPs or ties an account to a stable address.
- 1
Choose a country and quantity
Pick how many static addresses you need and where they should geolocate. Availability per city is shown live at checkout.
- 2
We assign addresses from our leased blocks
Each IP comes from a range we hold under a direct agreement with the ISP, so the registration is genuine rather than spoofed.
- 3
Authenticate and route
Use the per-IP credentials, or allowlist your server addresses and skip authentication entirely.
- 4
Swap on request
If an address picks up a block on a destination you care about, request a replacement from the dashboard. Two free swaps per IP per month.
What you get with isp
Registered to consumer ISPs
WHOIS and ASN lookups return a residential internet provider. The address does not appear in hosting-range blocklists.
Unmetered bandwidth
You pay per IP per month, not per gigabyte. Move as much data as the port allows without watching a meter.
Yours until you cancel
Addresses are reserved to your account. Nobody else routes traffic through them, and they do not rotate back into a shared pool.
Instant provisioning
New IPs are live within about 60 seconds of checkout, with credentials available in the dashboard immediately.

Every targeting option is available on all plans including pay-as-you-go. Nothing here is gated behind an enterprise contract.

Your endpoint
Targeting lives in the username, so one hostname covers every combination. Change any option above and the credentials update immediately.

Reach for this when
- Account management where a stable IP matters
- Destinations that allowlist by IP address
- Sustained high-throughput work against protected targets
- Anything that needs residential trust plus low latency
Look elsewhere when
- Workloads that need thousands of distinct exit addresses — use the rotating residential pool
- Very short-lived experiments, since billing is monthly per IP
