Four things we will not negotiate
Publish the ugly numbers
Per-country success rates, including the bad weeks. A vendor that will not show you Vietnam on a Tuesday is not a vendor you can plan a crawl around.
Charge for data, not for retries
Most of this industry meters TLS handshakes and blocked responses. We do not, because we have been on the other side of that invoice.
Source IPs like they are people
Residential exits come from named partners, with consent records we will walk a counsel through. If a partner cannot evidence opt-in, they leave the pool.
